First Blog By Sassezz Bakeshoppe

Hi,

Welcome to my blog. This is my first blog here to share with you recipes, tips and tricks on cooking and baking and my experience too....

Besides sharing on my blog, I have an online baking supplies shop on Ebay(no prizes for guessing the name of my online shop..) and I only sell quality products, the ones that I recommend only. So come along and visit my shop.....


First tip of the day:
To slice meat into thin strips, as for Chinese dishes - partially freeze and it will slice easily. Or don't thaw it completely before you slice the meat. :)
